At AtmosFX, we want your digital displays to be spectacular; if you are not satisfied with your hardware purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of digital files, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your physical item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; digital products are excluded from returns.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for your return.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to us using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
